600.6031 Execution sale; notice. Sec. 6031. No sale of any goods or chattels may be made by virtue of any execution, unless at least 10 days' previous notice of such sale is given, by fastening up written or printed notices thereof, in 3 public places in the city or township where such sale is to be had, and specifying the time and place where the sale is to be had.
