600.6041 Execution; fees and charges of sale. Sec. 6041. The lawful fees and charges of the sale upon any execution in the manner prescribed in this chapter, shall, in all cases, be added to the amount due on the execution, and be considered as a part thereof for all the purposes mentioned in this chapter.
