600.6053 Execution; time, place, adjournment. Sec. 6053. (1) The sale of real estate by virtue of any execution shall be by public sale, between the hour of 9 o'clock in the morning and 4 o'clock in the afternoon, at the court house or place of holding the circuit court in the county in which the real estate is situated.
