600.6245 Judgment; payment by installments; collection of judgment; other methods. Sec. 6245. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit and shall not prohibit a plaintiff from taking any legal means for the collection of a judgment excepting the garnishment of money due or to become due the defendant for the personal work and labor of the said defendant.
