600.6443 Court of claims; trial by court without jury; new trial. Sec. 6443. The case shall be heard by the judge without a jury. The court may grant a new trial upon the same terms and under the same conditions and for the same reasons as prevail in the case of the circuit courts of this state, in a case at law without a jury.
