600.6501 Chapter applicable to district court, municipal court, and common pleas court of Detroit; exception. Sec. 6501. The provisions of this chapter apply to the district court, to municipal courts and to the common pleas court of Detroit, except as otherwise provided in statutes and supreme court rules specifically applicable to these courts.
