600.815 Terms of probate court prohibited; probate court open at all reasonable times; evening and weekend sessions. Sec. 815. The probate court shall not have terms of court. The probate court shall be open at all reasonable times as fixed by the probate judge or, in counties having more than 1 probate judge, the chief judge.
