600.821a Probate judges' federal social security and medicare taxes; reimbursement to counties. Sec. 821a. In addition to the reimbursement under section 821(2)(b) to a county or to counties for amounts paid for probate judges' salaries, the state shall reimburse the county or counties for amounts paid as the employer's share for probate judges' federal social security and medicare taxes.
