600.843 Contesting jurisdiction based on residence of person or location of person's property. Sec. 843. Jurisdiction assumed in any case by a judge of probate, so far as it depends on the place of residence of a person, or the location of the person's property, shall not be contested in any other action or proceeding, except in an appeal from the probate court in the original case, or when the want of jurisdiction appears on the face of a petition or from the record.
