600.851 Administration of oaths; certification. Sec. 851. Oaths required to be taken by fiduciaries, appraisers, and dividers of estates, or by any other person in relation to any proceeding in the probate court, may be administered by a probate judge, probate register, or notary public, and a certified certificate thereof shall be returned and filed in the probate court.
