600.876 Certified copies for which charges or fees prohibited.Sec. 876. A charge shall not be made nor shall any fee be collected on account of or by reason of the furnishing of certified copies in connection with proceedings for the admission and commitment of persons to mental hospitals or any facility or institution maintained or operated by the state or the federal government for the care of mentally ill or developmentally disabled persons, or for determining inheritance tax.
