600.8150 Eighty-fifth district; Manistee and Benzie counties.Sec. 8150. The eighty-fifth district consists of the counties of Manistee and Benzie and is a district of the first class. Under section 810a, the probate judge for the county of Manistee shall serve as judge of the eighty-fifth district within Manistee county and the probate judge for the county of Benzie shall serve as judge of the eighty-fifth district within Benzie county.
