600.8303 Forfeiture proceedings under chapter 47. Sec. 8303. The district court shall have equitable jurisdiction over forfeiture proceedings brought under chapter 47. The district court may hear and determine a forfeiture action or a motion relating to a forfeiture action, and may issue and enforce any order or judgment relating to a forfeiture action, as provided in chapter 47.
