600.8351 Jurors; selection; compensation; failure to respond to jury duty. Sec. 8351. Jurors for the district court shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of chapter 13. Jurors in the district court shall be paid by the county in districts of the first and second class and by the political subdivisions where the trial takes place in districts of the third class in like amount as is paid to jurors of the circuit court.
