600.8601 Certified recorder or reporter; number; functions and duties. Sec. 8601. There shall be not less than 1 district court certified recorder or reporter for each judge of the district court who, in addition to acting as official court recorder or reporter, may act as secretary to the district court judge and perform other functions and duties as may be required by rule of the supreme court.
