§ 600.907

600.907 State bar; subpoena, administration of oaths. Sec. 907. The state bar of Michigan has the power of subpoena, and the authority to take testimony under oath, which may be exercised by its officers, boards and committees for the purpose of aiding in cases of discipline, suspension, and disbarment of its members, and in cases of applicants for admission to the bar, under such regulations and restrictions as the supreme court may prescribe.
