§ 600.910

600.910 Admission to bar; discipline; venue. Sec. 910. The supreme court and each circuit court has jurisdiction to admit to the bar of this state, persons who possess the required qualifications, to disbar or suspend members of the bar for misconduct, and to reinstate licenses to practice law. All such matters and proceedings are declared to be civil in nature, and the venue thereof is subject to regulation by the supreme court. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
