600.9906 Special nonsevering clause as to court fees and retirement funds. Sec. 9906. Notwithstanding section 5 of chapter 1 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, being section 8.5 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, if any part of section 2528 is declared to be unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the entire section 2528 shall be deemed unconstitutional and inoperative.
