691.1062 Retirement act. Sec. 2. For the purpose of the retirement act, this additional period of service shall be considered a part of the term of office for which each of the respective justices was elected as provided in section 12 of Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1951, being section 38.812 of the Compiled Laws of 1948.
