700.3309 Informal appointment proceedings; register not satisfied. Sec. 3309. If the register is not satisfied that a requested informal appointment of a personal representative should be made because of failure to meet the requirements of section 3307 or 3308, or for another reason, the register may deny the application. A register's denial of informal appointment is not an adjudication and does not preclude appointment in formal proceedings.
