722.1075 Violation by commercial user as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec. 25. A commercial user who willfully and knowingly violates section 5 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
