722.877 Public or private medical insurance or assistance; application and maintenance.Sec. 7. The guardian or successor guardian shall apply for and maintain on behalf of the child any public or private medical insurance or assistance for which the child is eligible, including eligibility under applicable laws providing financial assistance for medical or health care expenses.
