725.254 Juror in justice or police court; former service as cause of challenge. Sec. 4. It shall be a good cause of challenge to any juror in any justice or police court in any city, township or village in this state, in addition to the other causes of challenge allowed by law, that such person has served as a juror in any justice or police court in any such city, township or village in this state 2 times within 1 year previous to such challenge.
