725.201 Compensation of reporters or recorders of courts of record other than circuit courts. Sec. 1. Reporters or recorders who are officers of a court of record, having general criminal jurisdiction, other than circuit courts, shall receive the same compensation received by circuit court reporters or recorders in the circuit where the court of record is located. Such compensation shall be audited and paid in the same manner and by the same authority as in the case of the compensation received by such circuit court reporters and recorders.
