750.381 Malicious destruction of property; fences or opening gates. Sec. 381. Maliciously breaking down or injuring fences or opening gates, etc.—Any person who shall maliciously break down, injure, mar or deface any fence belonging to or enclosing lands not his own, or shall maliciously throw down or open any gate, bars or fence, and leave the same down or open, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
