750.392 Vessels, wilfully destroying. Sec. 392. Wilfully destroying vessels, etc.—Any person who shall wilfully cast away, burn, sink or otherwise destroy any ship, boat or vessel within the body of any county, with intent to injure or defraud any owner of such ship, boat or vessel, or the owner of any property on board the same, or any insurer of such ship, boat or vessel or property or any part thereof, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 10 years.
