750.512 Uncoupling locomotive or cars. Sec. 512. Uncoupling locomotive or cars—Any person, not being employed on any railroad, who shall wilfully and maliciously uncouple or detach the locomotive or tender, or any of the cars of any railroad train, or shall in any way aid, abet, or procure the doing of the same, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 10 years, or by fine of not more than 5,000 dollars.
