750.515 Proof of existence of railroad company. Sec. 515. Proof of existence of railroad company—At the trial of any case arising under the preceding sections of this chapter, it shall be sufficient prima facie proof of the existence of any railroad company named in the indictment to show that such company was doing business as a railroad company at the time named in the indictment.
