750.536 Conviction for larceny not essential. Sec. 536. In any prosecution of the offense of buying, receiving or aiding in the concealment of stolen, embezzled or converted money or other property it shall not be necessary to aver, nor on the trial thereof to prove that the person who stole, embezzled or converted such property has been convicted.
