750.93 Bank bonds in state treasury, removing or destroying. Sec. 93. Removing or destroying bank bonds in state treasury—Any person who shall take from the state treasury, contrary to the provisions of law, or shall deface or destroy any of the bonds therein deposited by any of the banks of this state, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 10 years.
