750.309 Frequenting or attending gaming places. Sec. 309. Frequenting or attending gaming places—Any person who shall attend or frequent any place where gaming or gambling is suffered or permitted, or any place operated or occupied as a common gaming or gambling house or room, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
