750.327a Sale of explosives to minors. Sec. 327a. A person who sells or furnishes to a minor, without first having procured the written consent of the parent or guardian of the minor, any bulk gunpowder, dynamite, blasting caps or nitroglycerine is guilty of a misdemeanor.
