752.1006 Second or subsequent offense; penalty. Sec. 6. A person who is convicted of a second or subsequent offense under this act may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not more than twice the term otherwise authorized, or fined an amount not more than twice the amount otherwise authorized, or both.
