780.175 Appeal. Sec. 25. If the attorney general or the director of social services is of the opinion that a support order is erroneous and presents a question of law warranting an appeal in the public interest, the attorney general may, or the director of social services may request the attorney general to, do either of the following: (a) Perfect an appeal to the proper appellate court if the support order was issued by a court of this state. (b) If the support order was issued in another state, cause the appeal to be taken in the other state. History: Add. 1985, Act 172, Eff. Mar. 1, 1986
