§ 780.789

780.789 Presence of victim at hearing; sequestering of victim. Sec. 39. The victim has the right to be present throughout the entire contested adjudicative hearing or waiver hearing of the juvenile, unless the victim is going to be called as a witness. If the victim is going to be called as a witness, the court, for good cause shown, may order the victim to be sequestered until the victim first testifies.
