780.799 Providing victim with certified copy of order of adjudicative hearing. Sec. 49. If requested, a victim shall be provided with a certified copy of the order of an adjudicative hearing for purposes of obtaining relief pursuant to section 2913 of the revised judicature act of 1961, Act No. 236 of the Public Acts of 1961, being section 600.2913 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
