780.801 Effect of failure to provide right, privilege, or notice to victim. Sec. 51. The failure to provide a right, privilege, or notice to a victim under this article shall not be grounds for the juvenile to seek to have any proceeding set aside. History: Add. 1988, Act 22, Eff. June 1, 1988
