780.827 Notice of final disposition of case. Sec. 77. Upon the request of a victim, the prosecuting attorney shall, within 30 days after the final disposition of the case, notify the victim in writing of the final disposition of the case. History: Add. 1988, Act 21, Eff. June 1, 1988
