780.999 Annual report, budget, and listing of expenditures; availability on website.Sec. 19. The MIDC shall publish and make available to the public on a website its annual report, its budget, and a listing of all expenditures. Publication and availability of the listing of expenditures shall be on a quarterly basis, except for the annual report and salary information, which may be published and made available on an annual basis.
