79.22 Sprinkling fund; disbursements. Sec. 2. Said sum of money so set aside for the purposes mentioned in section 1 of this act shall be paid out of the general fund in the treasury of said village upon orders or vouchers properly drawn and signed and in the same manner as other village funds are expended and paid out.
