791.271 Bureau of prison industries; supervision of industrial plants. Sec. 71. The assistant director of the bureau of prison industries is hereby vested with the control, management, coordination and supervision of the industrial plants connected with the several penal institutions, and subject to the approval of the director shall appoint all bureau personnel as may be necessary.
