791.504 Council members; terms; appointment; vacancy; reappointment. Sec. 4. (1) All members of the council shall hold office for a term of 3 years. Successors shall be appointed in the same manner as the original appointment. (2) A person appointed as a member to fill a vacancy created other than by expiration of a term shall be appointed in the same manner as the original appointment for the remainder of the unexpired term of the member whom the person is to succeed.
