800.330 Correctional institution maintained by political subdivision; sale or disposal of products; MCL 800.328 and 800.329 inapplicable. Sec. 10. A correctional institution now maintained by a political subdivision of this state may sell or otherwise dispose of its correctional institution products to the institutions or departments of the county or political subdivision in which the institution is located.
