§ 801.103

801.103 Separation of prisoners; prisoners arrested on civil process and criminal process. Sec. 3. Prisoners arrested on civil process, other than for civil contempt, shall be kept in rooms separate and distinct from those in which prisoners detained on a criminal charge or conviction are confined. Prisoners arrested for civil contempt shall not be housed with other prisoners detained on criminal charges, except those detained on a misdemeanor charge. Except as otherwise provided in this section, prisoners arrested on civil and criminal process shall not be put or kept in the same room.
