478.1 Application for certificate of authority or renewal; fee; disposition.Sec. 1. An application filed with the commission for a certificate of authority under this act shall be accompanied by a fee of $100.00. An application filed with the commission for the renewal of a certificate shall be accompanied by a fee of $50.00 for the administration of this act, which shall be in addition to all other fees and shall be retained by the commission and deposited with the state treasurer, whether or not the certificate or the renewal of the certificate is granted.
