479.42 Review by department of state police; determination of compliance; report.Sec. 2. No later than 60 days after receiving a request from the commission, the department of state police shall complete a review of the operation of an intrastate motor carrier to determine whether the carrier is in compliance with applicable safety related laws and rules and issue a report within 60 days after completion of its review to the commission.
