62.15 Property delivered to successor. Sec. 15. When an officer resigns or is removed from office, or when the elected term of office expires, he or she shall deliver over to his or her successor in office books, papers, money, evidence of debt, and other property as required by section 480 of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.480.
