66.3 Record of ordinances; authentication. Sec. 3. Upon enactment, each ordinance shall be recorded by the clerk of the council in a book to be called 'the record of ordinances,' and the president and clerk shall authenticate each ordinance by placing his or her official signature upon the ordinance.
