764.7 Taking arrested person before magistrate of judicial circuit in which offense charged to have been committed in absence of bail. Sec. 7. If the magistrate refuses to allow the arrested person to post bail, or if sufficient bail is not offered, the official having charge of the arrested person shall take the arrested person before a magistrate of the judicial district in which the offense is charged to have been committed.
