769.16b Finding of not guilty by reason of insanity; entering order into Law Enforcement Information Network. Sec. 16b. (1) If a person charged with any offense is found not guilty by reason of insanity, the court entering the disposition shall immediately order the department of state police to enter the disposition into the law enforcement information network. (2) The department of state police shall immediately enter a disposition into the law enforcement information network as ordered by the court under this section. History: Add. 1994, Act 335, Eff.
